The high mineral content in the water in our area causes sediment to build in up your hot water heater. This reduces the amount your water heater holds, creates noises, can clog your drain valve, and reduces the overall efficiency of your heater. Flushing out your hot water heater helps prevent these problems and extends the life of your unit.
