We installed a unique boiler called a "System 2000" by Energy Kinetics 13 years ago. Other companies have little to no experience with this system. There was a leak and we called Schaible's Monday morning and their technician, Ryan Ambrosio, was at our home a few hours later. Ryan was a terrific tech, not only did he fix the leak efficiently, he found issues that were incorrect from the original install (the circulator pump's wiring had the polarity reversed). Ryan was professional yet had a good sense of humor and we appreciated his attention to detail. We'd highly recommend Ryan and Schiable's for any boiler.

Ryan, the tech who came to my house was professional and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent advice and service for our house system.
Our boiler wasn't working which in turn meant we had no hot water. I called and left a voicemail at 630 am and they called me back at 730 am to let me know someone could come right away. So thankful they got it fixed and covered everything under the warranty.
Called Tuesday , made an appointment for Thursday. They came a day early on Wednesday! Bryan and Dan were knowledgeable, efficient and polite. They explained everything that needed to be done. I have to mention polite twice because, today, excellent customer service is hard to find and Schaible's has it from the first call. Prices were reasonable. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!
Ryan came out to do the AC maintenance and did a repair at the same time. Ryan is always friendly and professional. He always does a thorough job and is trustworthy. I received a good value because of the early bird discount I received by email.
We have used Schaible's several times. Each time they are very professional and do a great job. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
I needed to have a pipe fixed before the whole house water shutoff valves (along with the valves being replaced as well), which meant that I had to arrange to have my water shut off and turned back on by American Water, which is not the easiest organization to work with. I had previously tried to schedule the repair with a different plumber who ended up not being helpful at all in regards to coordinating his schedule with the schedule of American Water, and was not very responsive to my calls. I gave up on him and turned to Schaible's to have the work done. They were very responsive from my first contact with them, very helpful, and they did a great job. The final cost of the job was exactly what they quoted it to be (no unexpected costs). I am very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Woke up to no hot water and leaking water heater on a Saturday. Called Schaible's and a representative came to our house within the hour. Water heater was removed and new one was in place by 2:00pm. What great service! Schaible's team was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend Schaible's for plumbing and heating needs.
