When my nearly 12?year?old water heater began leaking, I contacted Schaible's. They requested photos of the existing setup via text message and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. Eric, the plumbing technician, called the following morning to let me know he could arrive earlier, which was greatly appreciated. We reviewed the scope of work, he explained the installation, the estimate provided was fair and he completed everything with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. While he was here, I mentioned a faulty valve near my washer, and he replaced it without hesitation. The entire experience was efficient, courteous, and left me feeling like a genuinely valued customer.
Great company. The girls in the office are pleasant to talk to and get any information you may need. Ryan was very knowledgeable and a master of his craft. He answered all questions and concerns very professionally and explained things to make it easy to understand.
We had the furnace repaired. The technician we had was very thorough and explained everything. He corrected the problem. Thanks for the great service!
Appreciate the work Javier and Joey did when we had to get our water valves and pipes fixed. They added support pipes and changed some old tubes. Overall great work, timely, and they were super professional. Will definitely call the company again!

They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was going on. They even shared some helpful tips for general home maintenance, which we really appreciated. We had a water leak and needed someone to come ASAP -- Schaible's arrived within two hours of our call to their off-hours/emergency phone line. Temporary repairs were made and recommendations for a permanent solution discussed. It was an expensive repair but that was because of the timing (off-hours). We would definitely recommend Schaible's.
