The service was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every way. He didn't leave until he was sure there would be nothing leaking. He was careful not to track dirt on my rugs and cleaned up when he was done with the job. No more leaks!

I recently called Schaible's Plumbing & Heating about a leak in my furnace, and I was really impressed with their service. Erik Ostrander came out, listened carefully to my general description of the issue, and managed to diagnose the exact problem in under five minutes. The broken part was in a really tough spot to reach and he had to go track down a replacement. He left to grab the part and take care of a few other calls, then came back later that same afternoon to get everything installed and running perfectly. The pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of effort involved. I highly recommend Schaible's and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Does it make me an expert on HVAC companies? Maybe! But I've also been a realtor for 25 years and have been dealing with HVAC companies as a CEO Managing expectations of multimillion dollar home owners, as well.
I have to say that this family owned business is the best HVAC company I've encountered, period.
I think one of the factors that makes them so strong as a company is that they treat their employees incredibly well. That means their employees stay for a long time if they leave at all. And that means they want to deliver excellence because they want to keep their jobs.
We added a bathroom to our new home and edit air-conditioning to home built-in 1873. Doing either of those two projects is not easy in a home that old.
We just had our home inspected and certified by the state plumbing certification group, and he said " The workmanship is perfect, you pass!"
The employees for both of these projects were polite, kept our house clean, kept their voices down, and were incredibly respectful to us and the age of the home.
They came up with excellent solutions that the average Joe the Plumber would not be able to do.
There's a reason they've been in business this long and there's a reason all my neighbors use them.
