Schaible's responded quickly to my call about an aggressively leaking valve above my washing machine. The tech located a new valve, went out to obtain it, and then installed it. The whole thing took less than an hour. Thank you Schaible's!
My wife and I purchased a house last year and had a considerable number of plumbing projects to complete: an arsenic treatment system, new water heater, new well tank, new plumbing for the sink trap, new sump pump, etc. Schaibles has been our go-to. Their administrative staff is responsive, everyone who has come to the house has been helpful and knowledgeable, and they seem to genuinely care about the quality of their work. No complaints at all.
I had an issue with my outside plumbing line that cracked right at the outside of the foundation wall. I called Schaibles and they were able to come out the next day and inspect the line. They found the cracked pipe. I dug up the line myself to save $$ (they have excavators if needed). They were able come out a few days later and take out the old line and install new plumbing. The staff was exceptional!! Mitch and his crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves! I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. They explained what they were doing, the work was up to code and got me up and running. I'm having them come out to service my water treatment system as well. The office staff is equally as friendly and helpful. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Posted pics of before and after.

Techs Ryan from this company, show up on time, are polite & friendly. During a Service on our boiler they noticed the settings were wrong.
They diagnosed everything & simply explained what was the issue. No gimmicks, no pie charts, no soapbox. Clear answers with excellent results. What could have been an absolute nightmare calling other companies, ( who never show up) I believe I'll stick with Schaibles. They are not full of Doo Doo & prices are reasonable & fair. Tell em' Jedi Sent ya.

Their staff has a very good attitude, and the prices are reasonable. I needed a safety report for the furnace inspection in my sushi restaurant due to a fire alarm. I called them yesterday, and they came today. Highly recommend their services. will call to do my residence water treatment with them
