I needed service on the water softener and nitrite unit in our basement. I don't really know much about the systems as we are relatively recent owners of a home with a well and water treatment - Matt Capello was our service technician for the day and my wife and I couldn't be any happier with his service, his knowledge/expertise, and his great attitude. The service was top notch. He represents the company well and we will definitely request him back when we need another service or repair work to the water treatment system!
Had water/softener system redone
and have to report that Schaible's service techs and office management have been nothing but great. Techs always arrive within the service time window and have no issues to report. Nothing but good remarks for Schaible's.
I've been using Schaible's for years and always have a great experience. Colby and Raymond did an excellent job today replacing some valves and hose bibbs. They worked around our homes limitations and came up with a great solution to move them higher which makes it easier for me to attach the hose. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job.
Ryan Ambrosio did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem. He also gave me a realistic scenario of what to fix and how long and what the cost would be to repair.

I had a water softener installed and James was great. He explained and showed me everything he did. I have had Schaible's service a prior water softener in my old house, and they are always professional and consistent. I couldn't ask for a better company for my plumbing needs.
