I had an issue with my AC, and called on a Monday after both a heat wave and holiday. The technicians, Eric and Savannah, arrived within 30 minutes! They were professional and listened to my explanation of the problem. They were able to solve my issue, giving me clear information as to what the issue was, and how to resolve it. I am especially appreciative that they came out and performed the repairs in the pouring rain.
I would highly recommend Eric Ostrander and Savannah for central air conditioning service.
Nick was great. On time. Neat. Polite. Efficient. Responsive. Professional. I've been with Schaibles since 2004. Would not consider any other firm for my plumbing and water softener / water treatment needs.
The water heater was leaking, and less than 24 hours after my call, Schaibles came and replaced the unit (they also installed my last one back in 2017). Brandon is great to work with, very meticulous, and takes incredible pride in his work, making sure everything is 100% perfect before he calls the job complete. Another quality job by Schaibles, and there's a reason they're the only plumber I've called in 25 years.

Excellent experience. Fixed our leaking shower and repaired the valve and pipes for our water tank. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Highly recommend!
