excellent service and communication. I use them for all my plumbing and heating jobs. they've installed a furnace and a below grade sink that needed a pump. Highly recommend.
Our hot water heater died and and leaked all over the basement. Cat from the office had people at my house in just a few hours with a new water heater! The 2 young men ( Travis & Dan )were very professional, matriculate and friendly. It is nice to see young people entering the trades and doing such a good job. Schaible's is doing a great job mentoring.
Great experience all around. I had a new Furnace/AC installed and reached out to several HVAC contractors for proposals. Schaible's exceeded the others across the board in providing the information I was looking for and in gaining my trust. From Nicole in the office, Vin on the proposal and Ken and team on the installation, complete professionalism! They were flexible with a unique situation I had which required them to separate removal and installation. I'm very happy with the end result and plan on using them in the future for ongoing maintenance and support.
The workers ( journeymen) who come out to do work are all very good... the ladies at the office could SURELY be nicer... they are nice at the outset, if there is anything that consumes their energy beyond that, not do nice.

Everyone I dealt with at Schaible was extremely polite and professional. The installers for my new furnace and AC paid great attention to detail and ensured everything was done properly and up to code. When shopping around and getting estimates Schaible was the most detailed and comprehensive. I also financed through the gas company and Schaible literally took care of everything from getting the loans and permits set up to filing for extensions for me when there were delays in gas service reaching my house. Overall they made the process extremely easy. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
The project was started on time and quoted correctly. Outstanding team and work was done correctly. Completed in one day. Very clean and great team.
