We've been using Schaible's for years and always have a great experience. Shout out to Ryan and Danny - they are super friendly, professional, and patient with me as I ask a billion questions. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was going on. They even shared some helpful tips for general home maintenance, which we really appreciated. Great service all around!
We had a water leak and needed someone to come ASAP -- Schaible's arrived within two hours of our call to their off-hours/emergency phone line. Temporary repairs were made and recommendations for a permanent solution discussed. It was an expensive repair but that was because of the timing (off-hours). We would definitely recommend Schaible's.
I just had a water softener system installed by Nick and James today and they both did a fantastic job with the install as well as the cleanup. Nick took the time to explain to me the important aspects of the system and what to look for if any issues arise. Highly recommend!
Very good experience with Schaible's Plumbing & Heating. Colby did a great job replacing my shut off valves for my washing machine. He had to cut the pipes, weld, etc. Competent & pleasant to work with.
Ryan and Danny diagnosed and repaired an elusive issue we had been having with our boiler. Very polite and knowledgeable!
Schaible's three-man team , headed up by Tim, arrived exactly on-time and continued to demonstrate their efficient, accommodating performance throughout the four hours of installation. From the actual red- carpet roll- out to protect my wood floors and carpeted stairs to their thorough final testing of water flow and clean up., they could not have represented their company any better than for our home.
Our water heater broke down. They came in 20 minutes and 2 hours later I had a new one. Many thanks to Eric and Savannah for their service! Highly recommend!

I called Shaibles about a frozen water pipe and they had someone at my house less than an hour later defrosting the pipe.I believe the fast response saved my pipe from breaking. I took a star off because the plugs in the back of my cabinet were removed and lost and my blow dryer had to be replaced after they used it to defrost my pipe. A small price to pay for great service.
We came home from vacation to find that we had no hot water. On a Saturday we called Schaibel's and their on-call technician, Pablo Gomez, walked us through how to re-light the pilot light. After watching countless videos and trying multiple times on our own, it was only after Pablo's clear and patient guidance could we re-light it. Pablo saved us time and money. Thank you, Pablo, you are awesome!!
