No one likes to face the moment when a major system, like a boiler, stops working. My moment came on a weekend, after hours, which meant finding someone to help was going to be twice as hard. Thankfully Schaible's did my service a few years back and left a tag on the boiler so I immediately called and thankfully within minutes an on-call tech was ringing my line. Tim really went above and beyond, but the thing I appreciate most is him putting my mind at ease about the problem. He explained things as many times as I needed, and gave me ways to handle the issue if it happened again. I know some people say Schaible's is expensive, but you get what you pay for, and in the end Tim was able to save me money, plus make me feel more capable, and I can't think of a better value than that.
