Our house needed a major furnace upgrade. We reached out to several local plumbing companies around, and after having initial conversation and estimate, Schaibles became our choice. And it was the RIGHT one!!! The technicians were terrific- Pablo and Eric are truly the best, and Dane (who came to see our old system at the first place) is such a professional and great guy.
Our project was really challenging one - some of the people we contacted didn't get back to us with that reason - but Schaibles took the job and made a 'night-and-day' difference. We now know where the best service and technicians are for plumbing and heating!!

Schaible's Plumbing and Heating sent several very talented, people to help us regarding a drain-fly infestation-which-turned-into-a-sewer-line-break problem at my home. As the on-site team, Fedi, Tim and Brandon were great. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and considerate throughout the entire HVAC cleaning and sewer line and water line repairs, and did their work quickly and efficiently, all while handling my many questions. They all cleaned up after completing their work better than any other contractor that I've ever had come to my home. The folks from Schaible's that I did not meet- Klaus, Jamie, Amanda and Laura, among others, did their very best to advise and get us help sooner than I ever expected would be possible.
I shall not be using my previous all-in-one, overpriced hvac-electric-plumbing company anymore as they simply do not compare to Schaible's. You've got my business for good. Thank you for everything and for treating me like a person, rather than as something to be exploited, as other companies seem to do when a customer is in a tough situation. A+++ job.
What an amazing company!!My home warranty company kept us without answers and hot water for 3 weeks. I called Schaible's based on recommendation.Call made Around 1pm on Friday . Technicians were at my house at 2 30 and I had hot water by 5 . AMAZING SERVICE !
I am a tenant, not an owner so I can't speak to the cost, however the service was exceptional. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and Lance arrived an hour early the same day my landlord called to schedule. He was extremely polite, respectful, and efficient. I had always heard good things about this company and Lance lived up to their reputation. I will keep them in mind for the future!
James was very detailed about what he was going to do and stayed in contact and let me know all the details. Thank you.

I had called Schaible's due to having an issue with my water heater and I wasn't able to do a quick fix. The representative talked me through everything but I still needed a technician to come out and check my tank. The technician was thorough, very polite and took care of the problem immediately. I highly recommend them for their prompt services and will definitely use them again. Thank you.
Jake is a fine tech, trouble shoots the issues and gets it done, I would use them for sure as the contractor that did originally install system was not trustworthy, Schiable is top notch!
