He was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. Installation happened less than 1 week after my quote, and Ken was so kind and easy to work with! He answered all of my questions before I left, and I appreciate the itemized email invoice documentation afterwards - good to save this info for the future! Would definitely recommend Schaible's!
Great experience with this company. Got a quick estimate from Vince (great guy) and had a top-notch team at our house within a week for the install. They put a whole new HVAC system in within a day!

Another incredible experience for the annual maintenance of our water softener and neutralizer. Jake arrived on time and went directly to work analyzing our water prior to the maintenance of the equipment. As last year, he was focused and extremely attentive to all the small details necessary for make certain the equipment would continue to operate effectively and efficiently. He is highly professional with a comfortable and friendly manner that is a model for others to follow in the service industry. Next year, I again will request Jake to do the annual maintenance. He is an incredible asset to Schaible's.
