We needed to have our water softener system serviced. Our technician- James spent a great deal of time not only doing this, but he also gave up tips to prevent water hardness, what type of salt we should be using and how to get the most from our system.

Sedi did excellent, complete maintenance of our A/C. He arrived on time, on the promised date, and explained how and why he took each step. We have used Schaible's on many plumbing, vent cleaning and carpet cleaning projects. They are dependable, though on the expensive side.
