Everything about working with Schaible's is great. From the first scheduling phone call to the reminder that they're coming. Their service rep called when he got there, he called when he was done. Outstanding service!
Tech was professional and maintained a clean environment when walking thru the house. He leveraged a custom rug to work from the slider door to the room where the water softener was installed. Provided great instructions & suggestions on how to leverage the new equipment. As such, very proud to have the one year contract with salt delivery as well as equipment maintenance. Definitely recommended for those looking for either a new installation, replacement, or maintenance with existing.

After considering several proposals for our oil to gas conversion project, it was clear upfront that Schaible's Plumbing & Heating was the top choice. From the remarkable support of Rich from the very start and throughout all stages of the project along with Dane in the proposal stage to Kat during the scheduling and permit handling stage, and finally, to Vince, Mitch, Brody, and Dan throughout the installation phase. The on-site team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our property, and meticulous in their attention to details. Our new Kinetic Energy's Accel CS looks and works great. Schaible's treated us as though we were family ensuring that they would not consider a job completed unless we were delighted at the outcome. Schaible's is simply the best of the best and our overall experience working with them one of the best ever!
