James came to our house for a few repairs. He was very personable, knowledgeable and worked very neatly. He came on time and notified us via text that he was on his way. The whole job, from making the appointment through completion, was very professional. We are very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend using Schiabble's for your plumbing needs!
My electric water heater gave out after 18 years and I called Schaible's to replace the unit. They were able to fit me in the schedule right away and Tim and Dan were at my house at 7:30 AM ready to go to work. They got the job done quickly and the hot water was back on by 10:00 AM. They were very professional and answered all of my questions about the unit. As an additional bonus, the electrical technician showed up a couple of hours later to install a new breaker, required by code, and changed the breaker in the circuit box. A well-coordinated effort. I have called Schaible's in the past for water pump replacement, faucet repair and water softener service and they have always been punctual and professional with the work performed. Never any problems. I highly recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

I've had Schaibles handle 3 different plumbing issues in my 1899 house over the past 2 years, and each time they responded immediately, showed up when promised, fixed the issue perfectly and were priced reasonably.

A+! We've used Schaible's twice now and are very happy! During the winter, their service tech Pablo came out to repair some of our steam pipes. It was a bigger job with parts needed to be ordered, but the work was done quickly and efficiently and he really gave us peace of mind. It's a plus when they arrive right when they say they would. Now in this heat wave, our A/C went out and Schaible's gave us a time…and showed up right on time again! I wish the cable company could be so reliant! It was actually Pablo who showed up again and took a look at the A/C unit, had the part in the van, and was done in minutes! I will always recommend Schaible's to close friends, neighbors, and family…Thanks!
