Schaibles did a great job installing a new water softener and reverse osmosis system in my home. They were very professional, explaining what they were doing and the impact it would have. The whole installation only took a few hours and we had everything up and running again by the afternoon. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service from phone call to service call. My furnace was not working and it was cold out. To add on top of everything I'm selling the house. They got me on the schedule and were very polite and prompt. Ken & Nick were hands down some of the most knowledgeable, polite and professional service technicians. They knew exactly what to do, explained it, were upfront with estimates and the expectations. Overall, one of the best service interactions I've had.
Excellent customer service! Provided a new water softener in our home and answered all questions/concerns. The salesman, Jon Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me as well.

I was very happy that Schaible's Plumbing & Heating was able to quickly get out to check out my HVAC. I realized my heat stopped working on my second floor and it was quickly diagnosed as a bad control board, the part was quickly ordered and they got back out to do the repair. The price was fair and the service was great. Thanks for your help!!!
