Sedi did excellent, complete maintenance of our A/C. He arrived on time, on the promised date, and explained how and why he took each step. We have used Schaible's on many plumbing, vent cleaning and carpet cleaning projects. They are dependable, though on the expensive side.
Water remediation work performed. Prompt response, knowledgeable on situation and methods of repair. Clear estimate and communication throughout process. Technician timely, thorough and familiar with products.

Our plumber James was incredibly professional and knowledgeable He was very thorough and communicative. He explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. James went above and beyond to be sure that we were 100% satisfied with his work. And he is a really friendly person.

Great experience with Schaible's residential plumbing division! From the initial phone consultation to the end of the job, everything went smoothly. Dane and James were especially helpful as they were able to provide an accurate estimate of work to be done and have the actual work completed in an extremely timely manner. I had an on site consultation scheduled for the same afternoon that I called, and the work was completed the following day. Highly recommended company with excellent professional service.
