Another incredible experience for the annual maintenance of our water softener and neutralizer. Jake arrived on time and went directly to work analyzing our water prior to the maintenance of the equipment. As last year, he was focused and extremely attentive to all the small details necessary for make certain the equipment would continue to operate effectively and efficiently. He is highly professional with a comfortable and friendly manner that is a model for others to follow in the service industry. Next year, I again will request Jake to do the annual maintenance. He is an incredible asset to Schaible's.
