Tim from Schaible's Plumbing is an absolute joy to work with. He came on time (early, actually, and let me know in advance), he explained everything that he needed to do, showed me the part that was bad, and finished the work quickly. I recommend Schaible's and specifically Tim!
I had a new granite countertop installed and the guys came out to install the faucet and sink drain trap. Except for the faucet which I had purchased, they had the other supplies on their truck and did not have to go out and purchase them. These guys are the best.

We have used Schaible's Plumbing for over 20 years for many things from a house remodel to yearly home repairs. Always dependable with top quality work! This time they came the same day for a sump pump repair/install. Saved our basement from flooding!
We came home to a busted baseboard heating pipe that flooded our dining room. We called left a message with the emergency line. A tech called in under 5 minutes and was here within the hour. He was so professional and friendly.

Technicians showed up on time, found solution to problem, and fixed it same-day. No attempts made to upsell me to a new system, which has happened with some other companies - just focused on fixing my system. This is the way it should be!
They left the house as clean as it was when they arrived & wore booties on their feet so as to not track in dirt.
Our technician Mark was knowledgeable and clearly had everything under control and was able to get our unit up and running. He was a complete gentleman and walked us through the entire repair. He is definitely an asset to the Schaible's team.
