I had a hot water leak in my basement that I tried to fix myself. Ryan and his helper Danny didn't laugh. Ryan explained what I did right, wrong and why. He is very friendly, professional and a true gentleman which is hard to find today. He is a credit to this company. This is a truly well run outfit.
They installed a new gas fired hot air, high efficiency furnace that was 38 years old a year ago. I'm glad I invested in this important work. They came back this week to inspect and insured me that this system is operating perfectly at this time.

We had a complete water filtration and softener system and sink reverse osmosis system installed in our home, and we couldn't be happier. The team was punctual, kept us constantly updated throughout the process, and worked in a very clean and thorough manner. The quality of the work was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable plumber.
We asked Schaible to do annual maintenance on our heating system. This service was performed by Eric and Savanah, who were very professional and explained to us the situation in a clear and concise manner, complete with test results and photos. The downstairs unit that Schaible replaced last year passed with no issues, our second 20+ year old upstairs unit failed as it was producing dangerous amounts of CO. We asked Schaible to replace that heating unit. Eric was able to provide a complete work order, explaining exactly what needed to be replaced. Much to our surprise, they were able to install the new system only two days later. Eric and Savanah returned to do the installation and again the service was very professional, and I commend them for their courteous manners. I strongly recommend Schaible to anyone needing service with plumbing and heating.
Pablo our service technician was honest, fair, professional, helpful and prompt. We had to replace an expensive motor in our Carrier furnace and do yearly maintenance. Pablo diagnosed and repaired the unit fast and gave us a fair price. We would definitely ask for Pablo again in the future.
This company was referred to me .I had a bedroom reading 42 degrees. Within minutes the guys called back with communication and on their way within an hour or so. Tim and Caleb did not stop until they found the problem. They worked promptly and were very productive. It was the expansion tank, connectors,etc. I had my heat back shortly after! I am forever grateful for them.THANK YOU.
