i called Schaible's on account of a leaky kitchen faucet. Tim and Bradley came, diagnosed the problem, furnished and installed a new faucet and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. I would recommend Schaible's to anyone needing help with a plumbing or heating problem.
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Schaible's from beginning to end. After converting our home from heating oil to natural gas, we needed to remove the mammoth, antique oil burning boiler and replace it with something new and efficient (we opted for a Navien system for heat and hot water) and to have various lines run into the house from the new meter. We also needed a gas line run outside from the meter to a generator that had previously been running on large tanks of propane. Our natural gas supplier provided us with a list of companies who were approved to do the installation of the lines from the meter and boiler replacement. We reached out to several, who ranged from unimpressive to "red flag" territory. We finally reached out to Schaible's and were immediately impressed by the timeliness of their responses and the professionalism with which everyone conducted themselves. Our project options were clearly listed for us, and the quotes were easy to understand. The plumbers who worked on our project were consistently courteous, efficient, and cleaned up each day with immaculate results. The craftsmanship of the complex plumbing that services the new combination boiler/water heater is nothing short of a work of art. The truism that you get what you pay for applies here. We knew this was not a time for cutting corners on something so important to our home. Schaible's also assisted us greatly with applying for the financing program for which we were eligible and helped us meet our large project's needs within our budget. I would recommend this company again and again to anyone looking to have a similar conversion or installation project done! I hope everyone at Schaible's takes pride in their work because they truly deserve to do so. We are very grateful to have found them!
As a new customer, I found the service on my furnace was quite thorough. The work that was done was explained to me in detail. I was also instructed on how to change the filter and that it should be done monthly. I am extremely happy with the service and would contact Schaible's Plumbing & Heating again for any issues that may arise.
The experience with Schaible's plumbing was a positive one from beginning to end. I was able to get an appointment very promptly with the friendly receptionist. Believe it or not, I had issues with both toilets in my home that seemed to arise almost overnight and when the two gentlemen showed up for the scheduled appointment, they had both problems fixed in a very short amount of time, all the while being very approachable and professional.
