Ryan and Danny fixed my furnace today. They were both professional, friendly and effective highly recommend!
Nick Reichart was the service tech the performed a routine check and cleaning of our water softener. Was on time, neat and did a great job.
Ryan and Danny were at our home to repair a mini split unit. Ryan explained everything about the unit and what needed to be done to repair it. They both were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. For the most part, all the techs that we have dealt with so far have been professional and polite with the exception of Klaus the general manager. He was one of the most arrogant and rudest people we have ever had to deal with!
Brandon did a fantastic job. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, and educated me on things I can be doing at home for maintenance. In the end, he found the true root cause of the problem, which was a lot simpler than what we originally thought, saving me money, time, and a lot of headache.
Schaible's Plumbing has always been excellent. The techs are prompt, courteous and efficient. From start to finish the service is done right. Thanks for your great service!
I am a major fan when I see a man managing or training a young woman in a respectful and informative way. I have seen a lot of guys be total jerks when they are training women.
Erik Ostrander with Schaible's was one of the good ones when he worked on the A/C unit on our house this afternoon.
He was walking his trainee, Savannah, through his thought process for what to look for in a respectful way. He was also consistent in communicating with me about the issues he was encountering with our system. He set realistic expectations and walked me through what next steps we may have to take if the system goes down again.
His respectful communication style and transparency was greatly appreciated. His professionalism and focus was also appreciated. I hope that we don't have any issues again, but if we do, I will be delighted to call Schaible's again!
Excellent plumbing service! They were extremely thorough, totally honest, great price and, they triple checked my leak problem to make sure it was totally solved. Thank goodness I called Shaibles! I highly recommend their plumbing services!
Just used them to fix a simple leak under sink. They were easy to make appointment with and once arriving they worked with me on price to get it all fixed. Would use again.
